1. Wash your hair and scalp once every 2 days with anti-bacterial shampoo.
2. Try to use a shampoo that contains salicylic acid, glycolic acid, ketoconazole or ciclopirox, tea tree oil, and jojoba oil. Salicylic acid and glycolic acid functions to remove dead skin cells and kill bacteria. While ketoconazole or ciclopirox is antifungal content which is usually contained in an anti-dandruff shampoo.

2. Keep your bed clean. Regularly change your bedsheet and pillo case. The bacteria and dirt on your pillowcase and bedsheet can make your scalp pores clogged and trigger blackheads pimple.
3. Apply a healthy dietary habit. Consume more Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Omega-3 fatty acid, zinc, fiber, and antioxidant.
